As of about June 1744 - Occupation listed as Hauswirth. Both the prior owner of Hof 12, Peter Borchert, and his oldest son, Joachim, died in 1744. And Peter's other son had already settled on Hof 1 in Neu Schlieven. So Hof 12 was passed Jochim.
